Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • 4 deciliter of gluten free oat flour
  • 4 deciliter of oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 bar of vegan chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of either cocoa powder or vegan chocolate protein powder, both works


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then you add the milk in gradually
  2. Chop the chocolate bar and put it all in the batter and mix well
  3. Make sure you  mix it all well together until there is a thick and fluffy batter
  4. Let the batter rest for around 15 minutes before you start frying the pancakes
  5. Add in coconut oil in your pan and put it on medium heath and start making the pancakes
  6. Top them with whatever you like! We love our pancakes with some nutella and peanut butter
