Smoothie bowls is the perfect breakfast and lunch for summer. Our Raspberry smoothie bowl is one for the books and it is super easy to make and it´s super yummy. Make sure you have any kind of mixer and you´re good to go.
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1/2 vegan greek yoghurt, or a flavored one if you like
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
- Put the raspberries, blueberries, apple juice, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, the yoghurt and a small portion of your apple in a mixer and start mixing
- Mix it all well until it´s firm
- Put it in a bowl and top it with the some raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds, coconut flakes and the rest of your apple.
- Eat it and enjoy!
